The Explore page sets the tone from the moment you arrive: a search bar, filters, and a row of tabs for every craving, from “Group Chats” to “Dark Themes”, by way of “RPG” or “Fantasy”. Below, the characters line up, each showing her name, her age and a few lines to hook you.

Each one already has a story to tell. Talia, 24, has been secretly living for eight weeks in a penthouse that isn't hers, until the night the real owner walks in, suitcase in hand. Lydia, 35, your ex-wife, comes to apologize in the middle of a charity gala. Daisy, 26, rings your doorbell with homemade soup and her brother's spare keys.

Most of them are written by members, and some show more than a million conversations. The most gifted creators go further still: their character arrives with her own dashboard. Melanie, 28, married for three years and still very shy, keeps count of her boldness, her confidence and her desire, with seventeen achievements to unlock, plus three secrets.

That care has its reasons: on the “Community” page, creators have their own leaderboard, and the most popular ones earn coins, then money.

You open a character to take a peek. You stay to find out how it ends.

A workshop full of ideas

Nobody catching your eye? The “Create” menu lets you design your companion, picture by picture: her origin (Latina, Asian, Indian…), her hairstyle, golden or violet eyes if you fancy them, her figure, then her temperament, her line of work and the bond you share.

The assistant is never short of ideas. Before we had chosen anything, it suggested a certain Hannah, 23, shy, a stripper by trade. The idea is yours to keep.

In a hurry? One sentence is enough: you describe your companion, and the AI does the rest.

Our take: it's great fun. Keep an idea in mind for the end: a field is waiting for you to write the scenario of your first meeting.

The slider that changes everything

Then we chatted with our new friend. What was said stays between us, but here's our verdict: we loved it. She stays in character and never loses the thread.

Next to the conversation, one slider makes all the difference: the desire level. Five notches, from the tamest to the hottest. On the middle notch, your companion stays playful and suggestive; it's up to you to decide when the evening heats up.

A small panel also keeps the scene up to date, like a script: the time, the place, what the character is wearing. And if one companion isn't enough, other characters can join the conversation, up to twelve.

She has a voice, too. Turn on voice playback and every reply comes with a voice message, read by one of more than a dozen female voices; from her page, you can even call her live. With a subscription, voice messages are unlimited, and calls are paid in DreamCoins: Premium's monthly allowance covers about 20 minutes.

Not sure yet? A few messages are on the house when you sign up, enough to get acquainted. A subscription lifts every limit on the conversation and adds a memory that follows it from one night to another.

Our tip: set the slider before a long evening. The same character plays a completely different scene from one notch to the next.

The studio, and the proof in pictures

In the “Generate” menu, it all comes down to a few choices. For a photo, you pick a character, yours or any one from the community, then a pose, an outfit and a backdrop among dozens of ready-made ideas: a summer dress or high heels, a beach, a library, a castle. For a video, an action replaces the pose, and the clip runs from ten seconds to a minute.

To judge the result, there's no need to launch anything: the community posts its creations everywhere. In the “Feed”, its videos scroll vertically, and the remix button under each one lets you start again from the same idea. The results hold up: sharp faces, careful lighting, believable bodies.

Everything is paid in DreamCoins: 5 per photo, 10 to 50 per second of video depending on the rendering you choose, and the price shows on the button before each launch. With Premium's 1,000 coins a month, count on about 200 photos.

On the adult side, nothing stays in the closet

OurDream AI owns it all: explicit chat, photos and video. The actions offered for clips range from dancing and romance to the steamiest scenes, and the “Video Packs” on the homepage leave no doubt about the mood.

The videos speak for themselves.

The only limits are those set by law. To prevent deepfakes, no real photo is accepted as a model, and your age is confirmed at sign-up, with stricter checks where regulations require them. If an innocent sentence gets blocked, rephrase it, and off you go again.

Premium or Deluxe, doing the math

Two plans, paid monthly or yearly. Premium brings together unlimited chat, photos, video and 1,000 DreamCoins a month. Deluxe gives you 5,000, unlocks the AI models that think before they answer at no extra cost, and triples the conversation's memory.

The trick lies in the yearly option: on top of a much gentler monthly price, it doubles your allowance in the first month with Premium, and gives you an extra month of coins with Deluxe. You can switch plans whenever you like; the new price and your remaining credit show before you confirm.

Behind the scenes

OurDream belongs to Dream Studio USA, an American company. Its privacy policy therefore follows US law.

Two promises appear there in black and white: your conversations aren't sold, and your data is encrypted, on its servers as well as in transit.

The homepage adds a third: no one, not even the company, can read your messages. You won't find that one in the privacy policy, the only text that legally binds the company.

Also worth knowing: to reply to you, your messages go through other companies' models, and they can be used to train AI.

Finally, your characters and your images belong to you, but you allow the company to use them, right down to its advertising.

OurDream AI earns its 7.5 thanks to its rarest asset: characters who arrive with a real story, sometimes a real game, written by a community that puts its heart into them.

Everything else follows: a fun creation workshop, a conversation whose boldness you set, polished photos and videos, all in one place.

To make the most of it: wander through the Explore page before creating your own companion, set the desire level before each evening, and if video becomes your guilty pleasure, move up to Deluxe.
